Shree Laxmi Enterprises
Shree Laxmi Enterprises commenced business operations in 1997 with C & F operations for Zydus Cadilla Healthcare Limited. Through the years and well-managed and highly professional supply chain management, we now manage the distribution of products from about 15 pharmaceutical and FMCG companies and are one of the leading distributors in the region. With a strong and established track record in carriage and forwarding innovation and distribution excellence, our mission is to transform India to create a safer, greener and better-connected world.
We acknowledge that good infrastructure is must for smooth operations and bona fide management.
How We Work
Our infrastructure, material handling and supply chain management are meticulously planned, leaving no stone unturned to make the process highly efficient and punctual. In addition, all areas of facility management are carefully crafted to avoid contamination and ensure the highest standards of hygiene.
STORAGE
- Product storage is colour-coded with separators, stored product and batch-wise.
- Weekly stock count done and record maintained.
ORDER EXECUTION
- All orders received along with payment invoiced on the same day.
- Dispatches done on the same day of billing.
- Deliveries are strictly monitored till it reaches the customer.
COLD CHAIN
- Precisely planned and executed cold chain management with attention to detail on SOP compliance, storage and packing protocols .
HYGIENE
- Maintaining high hygiene standards by cleaning the warehousing unit twice daily.
- Housekeeping at frequent intervals that is strictly monitored
- Strategically placed rat traps, glue pads, and flycatchers that are checked and replaced routinely to ensure zero pest menace.
- Annual maintenance contract in place for air conditioners, pest control and cold chain management.
PAYMENT HANDLING
- Timely deposition of cheques.
- Collection details are sent to HO on a daily basis.
- RTGS details are sent to HO on a daily basis.
- Running Outstanding reports on a weekly basis and matching unadjusted credits/debits.
